OUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY FOR ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE


• Items purchased online may be returned or exchanged in store or sent to us by Canada Post, within 30 days of receiving the order (a 15% inventory charge may be applied to certain items).
• Please contact our customer service department by email explaining why you would like to return your order before returning it.
• If your order is damaged in upon receipt, please send us photos as soon as possible, we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
• All returns will be refunded according to the method of payment used for the initial online purchase, when we receive your package.

CONDITIONS AND EXCEPTIONS


• Items must be new, unused and returned with the original packaging.
• A copy of the packing slip must be included in the box.
